To list auction item without BIN(Buy It Now) price

Question

Why Inventory createOffer call is failing with the error to an Auction listing:
"The eBay listing associated with the inventory item, or the unpublished offer has an invalid price. To require immediate payment, you must specify a Buy It Now price."

Answer

Immediate payment is not applicable to auctions items unless you have BIN(Buy It Now) price.
